- Application for alliance hospital ethics committee review: 1 month
- AI product impact second-stage evaluation: 1-2 months
- Clinical trial implementation stage: Varies according to different trial characteristics
The following time requirements depend on the commissioned items and vary according to research complexity. After an initial assessment, we will provide a more accurate timeline.

Our charging standard is based on the service plan and research complexity:
- First-stage review fee: NT$50,000 (including 20% management fee), evaluating whether to file and providing evaluation suggestions for commissioned cases
- Second-stage review fee:
- Research design fee: Starting from NT$200,000
- Data analysis fee:
- A. Clinical trial statistical analysis: NT$50,000
- B. Health insurance budget impact analysis (BIA): NT$100,000-NT$300,000
- C. National Health Insurance reimbursement cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA): NT$3,000,000-NT$3,500,000
- Management fee: 20% of project funding
- Personnel cost allocation:
- Expert consultation fee: NT$2,000/hour
- Principal/co-principal investigator fee: (Allocated by the client)
- Physician execution fee: (Allocated by the client)
- Research personnel fee: (Allocated by the client)
- Participant fee: (Allocated by the client)
- IRB review fee: NT$60,000

- We sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) with all cooperating vendors, and our team strictly adheres to confidentiality obligations
- We use encryption technology to store and transmit sensitive data
- Only authorized research personnel can access relevant data
- According to vendor requirements, we can destroy sensitive data after the commissioned project is completed
