The AI Impact Research Center of Taipei Veterans General Hospital is dedicated to promoting the widespread application of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field. Its goal is to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of AI tools in clinical practice through systematic clinical research and economic evaluation. The core mission of this center is to assist AI medical devices (AI-SaMD) that have obtained certification to conduct clinical trials and obtain complete health impact and medical economic evaluations to facilitate applications for national health insurance reimbursement.
